В Якутии возбуждено уголовное дело о покушении на дачу взятки сотруднику ГИБДД в отношении 43-летнего жителя города Мирный по признакам состава преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 ст.30, ч.3 ст.291 УК РФ (покушение на дачу взятки должностному лицу лично за совершение им заведомо незаконных действий (бездействий).
Следствием установлено, что 30 апреля 2017 года водитель автомашины «VOLVO XC90» совершил административное правонарушение, предусмотренное ч. 2 ст. 12.7 КоАП РФ - управление транспортным средством водителем, лишенным права управления.
После разъяснений ему требований закона, осознавая, что он будет привлечен к административной ответственности и желая избежать административного наказания за данное правонарушение, в кабинете отдела МВД России по Мирнинскому району мужчина попытался передать в качестве вознаграждения инспектору ГИБДД денежные средства в сумме сто тысяч рублей.
Мужчина не смог довести свой преступный умысел до конца по независящим от него причинам, а именно в связи с отказом сотрудника полиции от получения взятки.
По уголовному делу проводится комплекс мероприятий, направленных на установление всех обстоятельств произошедшего. Расследование продолжается.
Уголовное дело возбуждено по материалам, поступившим из органов внутренних дел, сообщает СУ СК Якутии.
