Члены Общественной наблюдательной комиссии Республики Саха (Якутия) Игорь Данилов и Надежда Афанасьева посетили исправительную колонию № 6, где осмотрели общежития отрядов осужденных и банно-прачечный комбинат. Об этом сообщили в УФСИН региона.
Правозащитники приняли участие в административной комиссии. Совместно с начальником УФСИН Сергеем Калиновским, помощником начальника УФСИН по соблюдению прав человека в УИС Ириной Корзенниковой, помощником начальника УФСИН по организации работы с верующими иереем Иаковым Бояркиным, начальником учреждения Дмитрием Тарасовым, сотрудниками оперативного отдела и отдела безопасности, воспитательной и психологической служб они рассмотрели материалы в отношении 3 осужденных.
Осужденные обратились с ходатайствами о замене неотбытой части наказания в виде лишения свободы на принудительные работы и переводе в колонию-поселение.
Начальники отряда в присутствии осужденных рассказали об их поведении, наличии поощрений и взысканий, раскаянии в совершенном деянии, отношении к труду и возмещении причиненного ущерба, взаимоотношениях с близкими.
В отношении двоих осужденных комиссией принято положительное решение – представления о замене неотбытой части наказания более мягким видом наказания и положительные характеристики в ближайшее время будут направлены в суд для рассмотрения. Еще одному осужденному дана отрицательная характеристика.
