Задержан заместитель мэра города Якутска по подозрению в получении взятки квадратными метрами. По версии следствия, взятка была получена за выдачу разрешения на увеличение этажности, сообщает пресс-служба управления СКР республики.
По данным следствия, заместитель главы по развитию территории ГО «Город Якутск» получил от коммерческого предприятия, осуществляющего строительство многоквартирного жилого дома в городе Якутске, взятку в виде имущественных прав на недвижимость в данном строящемся доме в размере 1491 кв.м. на сумму 114 миллионов рублей. Взятка была получена за выдачу разрешения на увеличение этажности при строительстве данного дома с 13 до 16 этажей.
Денежные средства получены заместителем главы через двух посредников в пользу коммерческого предприятия, занимающегося строительством в городе Якутске, владельцем и учредителем которого являлся сам подозреваемый до 2018 года – до назначения на данную муниципальную должность.
7 июня 2019 года заместитель главы и его посредники задержаны. С их участием проводятся следственные действия. Выполняется комплекс следственных и оперативных мероприятий, направленный на установление всех обстоятельств, имеющих значение для уголовного дела.
В отношении заместителя главы по развитию территории городского округа «Город Якутск» возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ (получение взятки должностным лицом в особо крупном размере).
