В Якутске стартует традиционный фестиваль "Зима начинается с Якутии". О предстоящем важном событии рассказали руководитель Управления культуры и духовного развития Якутска Антонида Корякина, председатель Национальной Ассоциации рестораторов, отельеров и туризма республики Татьяна Тымырова, руководитель учебно-делового центра Торгово-промышленной палаты республики Светлана Максимова и руководитель проектного офиса фестиваля Александр Григорьев, сообщает Якутск.рф.
Всероссийский фестиваль «Зима начинается с Якутии» проводится в городе с 2011 года и является одним из ключевых мероприятий событийного туризма в России. Среди главных мероприятий запланированы организация и проведение праздника «Строганина», гастрономического фестиваля «Вкус Якутии» и конкурса ледовых и снежных скульптур «Бриллианты Якутии».
«В этом году традиционный конкурс «Строганина -2018» соберет 25 команд, среди них есть команды из Монголии, Китая, Канады и республики Беларусь. Будет проведен республиканский конкурс красоты «Снежная краса», ярмарка меха «Тепло Якутии», дополнится фестиваль и международными конкурсом «Золотой олень», где мастера представят свои работы по изготовлению национальных костюмов», - проинформировала журналистов руководитель Управления культуры и духовного развития г. Якутска Антонида Корякина.
Впервые для жителей и гостей столицы будет организована ярмарка меха «Тепло Якутии», в которой примут участие салоны из Москвы, Крыма, Новосибирска и Минска. Ожидается приезд известного дизайнера: «В рамках ярмарки состоится эксклюзивный показ изделий от королевы русского меха Ирины Крутиковой», - рассказывает председатель общественной организации «Сахалыы танас» Светлана Максимова. Ее приезд будет оплачен за счет спонсорских средств.
Самым ожидаемым мероприятием станет гастрономический фестиваль «Вкус Якутии». Участие в нем примут лучшие рестораны и кафе столицы, которые предложат жителям продегустировать изысканные блюда народов крайнего севера и Арктики.
«Рестораны и кафе представят гастрономические блюда на тему кухни народов крайнего севера и Арктики. Ожидается приезд гостей из зарубежья и центральной России. Благодаря фестивалю якутская кухня станет узнаваемой», - сказала председатель Национальной Ассоциации рестораторов, отельеров и туризма РС (Я) Татьяна Тымырова.
Традиционное зажжение главной елки столицы состоится 1 декабря. Также организаторы фестиваля подготовили для горожан сюрприз в виде предпоказа новогоднего фильма «Елки», а также приезд одного из звездных актеров, снявшихся в картине.
Впрочем, всех карт члены оргкомитета не стали раскрывать, но заверили, что фестиваль «Зима начинается с Якутии» пройдет на высоком уровне.
